Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Katie Bannerman graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She is a native of the Northshore and began her veterinary career here at Animal Medical Center as a high school intern. She practiced in Metairie for 7 years before returning home to the Northshore. She takes special interest in endocrinology and soft tissue surgery. Outside of practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and her fur babies, Max and Leo.

Dr. Lindsay Pierce Herzog graduated from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2005 and began her career in the greater New Orleans area as an Equine Ambulatory Veterinarian. In 2011, she and her husband moved to the Northshore to raise their future family and to expand her veterinary services and career. At present, she treats small animals at Animal Medical Center while still seeing established equine clients. Dr. Lindsay and her husband have two daughters. The family of four enjoys their hobby farm, horseback riding, and anything outdoors!
